Shipping policy

We employ the services of major, trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely. Domestic orders are shipped from our India warehouse for the fastest delivery times but exceptions may occur based on stock shortage.

Domestic Shipping - About 3-5 working days

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping on all of our products to customers in the India when orders over 3000INR.

Your tracking number will be sent in email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.
(Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1 working day after your order has been shipped.)

Additional Notes

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment. We do not offer overnight shipping.

You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at info@naoevo.in.
